Kunchok Tsephel

Den 12 november dömdes Kunchok Tsephel 39 år till 15 års fängelse.

Kunchok Tsephel fördes bort den 26 februari 2009 efter att ha startat en hemsida för Tibets kultur. Hans familj visste inget om vad som hänt honom förrän någon vecka innan han den 12e november dömdes till 15 års fängelse av Intermediate People’s Court of Kanlho (Chinese: Gannan) Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu province.
